The inaugural UK lacrosse sixes competition, The Fly, successfully launched in June 2021.
The tournament saw the men’s and women’s team franchises (Swift, Forge, Hustle & Rise) battle it out to be the first champions. Rise triumphed over Forge 13-12 in a tense men’s final, while in the women’s Swift beat Forge 21-16 to be crowned winners without losing a game all competition.
