British Lacrosse is delighted to announce the appointment of Deborah Owen as Operations Manager for the Women’s Programme.

Deborah (Debs) brings extensive experience in high-performance sport and has been a key figure within England Lacrosse’s women’s programme for a number of years. She has supported the England Women’s Field Team across major international cycles, playing an integral role in operational delivery, athlete logistics, programme coordination, and performance support both on and off the field.
Through her work with England Lacrosse, Debs has become a trusted presence within the performance environment, known for her professionalism, organisation, and athlete-first approach. Her experience supporting squads through training camps, international competition, and long-term programme planning provides a strong foundation for her new role with British Lacrosse.

Debs will continue to support the England Women’s Field Team through to the conclusion of the World Championships in Japan this summer, ensuring continuity and stability during a critical competition period.
This dual role marks an exciting step forward for British Lacrosse, strengthening operational leadership across the women’s pathway and reinforcing the organisation’s commitment to delivering high-performance environments for athletes and staff.
