About Us
British Lacrosse (BL) is responsible for Olympic 6s lacrosse in Great Britain. We represent and support elite performance across the men’s and women’s national teams and lead the sport’s ambitions towards Olympic success. With lacrosse now confirmed for LA28, British Lacrosse is focused on building world-class programmes capable of delivering success on the international stage.
This is an exciting moment for lacrosse in Britain — and an opportunity for the right person with exceptional organisational and operational experience to shape both the men’s and women’s Olympic Sixes teams on its journey to the LA2028 Olympic Games. These roles will be pivotal in realising BLs medal winning targets over the coming years, including European & World Championships, and the LA2028 Olympic Games.

This vital role, with collaboration as a guiding principle, would see the oversight, development and execution of a world class operational infrastructure, and the management of organisational, administrative, and logistical aspects of the programme, as we continue to develop world class performance environments to support our athletes on the road to LA28.
The role requires strong organisational and interpersonal skills, expertise in competition planning, and a proven ability to work directly with athletes, coaching and support teams, and the wider stakeholder network.
